How and when will I receive my tickets?

Your tickets are only shipped out via Federal Express and Ticketchamp.com requires a signature for all packages unless special arrangements are made over the phone with a Ticketchamp.com sales representative. Online orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may not be processed until the next business day. If the order is placed on Friday after 5:00 PM EST , it will not ship until the following Monday. If the event you wish to order falls on a weekend and you are ordering on Friday, please call us before 5:00 PM EST and we will most likely be able to provide the tickets for you. Most tickets are available for shipping at the time the order is placed. However, some events (i.e., NASCAR tickets and other events that have recently gone on sale) may not ship when you place an order, but are still GUARANTEED. In this case, you will be notified via mail or e-mail of the expected ship date.

What are the Terms and Conditions for using Ticketchamp.com?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES AVAILABLE AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER . TREAT YOUR TICKETS LIKE MONEY. Tickets cannot and will not be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.

Ticketchamp.com is an independently owned and operated ticket broker service dealing in high demand tickets for all concert, sporting events and other special events. Most tickets are sold at a premium and NOT face value. Although our website is updated frequently every day, it is not real time and tickets are subject to availability. We reserve the right to upgrade tickets at no additional cost to the customer.

Any discrepancy on delivered tickets must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In the case of postponement and/or change in venue, date or time, the tickets issued by Ticketchamp.com are valid for the rescheduled venue, date or time and a refund will NOT be issued. In the event tickets must be exchanged for a postponed date, the buyer will exchange the tickets with Ticketchamp.com and Ticketchamp.com will provide the buyer with new valid tickets. In the case of cancellation, Ticketchamp.com will provide buyer with a full credit minus the shipping fees applied to the sale, provided tickets are returned within 7 days.

All billing addresses will be verified with your credit card company prior to shipping tickets.

Ticketchamp.com reserves the right to request for all orders: a copy of the card holders driver's license, credit card, and a signature by the customer for which the purchase made, prior to confirming the order.

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. All deposits are non-refundable. All sales of tickets take place in the State of Colorado .

Why can't I purchase the quantity of tickets I want?

Tickets must be purchased in the quantities specified on the website. You cannot purchase an odd amount of tickets when only an even number is available and vice-versa. For instance, you cannot purchase 3 tickets when only 4 are available. In some cases, there may be additional seats available in the area or quantity you desire that are not listed on the website. Please call us at 1-800-715-4086 or send us an email to speak to one of our courteous customer service representatives. We want to help you as much as possible before you leave our site.

Is this website secure?

Yes, it is secure in two main ways. When you click the Add to Cart button, you are sent to the order page. You will notice in the web address field that the address begins with https. That signifies that the page you are viewing is a secure web page encrypted in 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. Also, you should notice a padlock at the bottom or top of your browser software denoting a secure web page. Furthermore, we are a member of ScanAlert, a company that specializes in website security. You will notice a ScanAlert logo to left side of our homepage. They scan our site twice per day to ensure there are no security vulnerabilities or malicious activity involved with our website.

What are your shipping methods and shipping policies?

US Domestic Shipping Prices:
$15 - Fedex Two-Three Day

$20 - Fedex Standard Overnight (Next Afternoon)

$22.50 - Fedex Priority Overnight (Next day by 10:30am

$35 - Saturday Delivery (Only option for Saturday delivery)

$40 - International Shipping

Shipping of Tickets

All delivery times are subject to availability in your delivery area.

Due to the time sensitive nature of the ticket resale industry, Ticketchamp.com has fulfilled its contractual duty when tickets are shipped to the address provided by the client. Ticketchamp.com is not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for the package being returned to sender due to the client not being available to sign for the package at the time of delivery. Ticketchamp.com will keep packages returned by Federal Express on hand for later re-delivery to the customer. Ticketchamp.com is not responsible for any customer caused delays in delivery after the order has been shipped.

Prior to the order being shipped, the client is responsible for informing Ticketchamp.com of changes to the shipping address.

If a shipment needs to be redirected after it has been shipped or the shipment is returned to Ticketchamp.com and we have to reship the tickets, the customer may be responsible for a $15.00 address correction/re-shipment fee. Any shipment that is requested to be held at a Federal Express location requires a photo ID to pick-up. These shipping methods must be arranged with a Ticketchamp.com sales representative.

Local Pick-Up
Occasionally tickets will not be available in time to ship. In this case all shipping fees will be refunded and the tickets left at a designated will call area for pick-up the day of the event. A photo ID is required for all will-call pickup locations.
